Future Trends on sales training?

I just want to know what are the future trends on sales training and the effective techniques in training sales staff.

You may see more technology being used to train. You could have some companies using more training films or video’s in an effort to save training costs. A knowledge of marketing using the Internet will be important. However, I think one on one works most effectively. Sales will continue to be a relationship career. Those with the best people skills are likely to be the most successful. No matter how much technology we develop nothing will replace the personal relationship aspect of selling.
